    The Wifi is absolutely horrible....even when I paid to upgrade.

    Unfortunate, for a budget hotel it was nice at 1st

    Check in very good, desk clerk very helpful. Had a corner room which was great.room next door blaring tv , started at 11pm at 2:30amhad enough Called front desk, he sent Security, But assessed that occupant was not in room. Asked if they could enter to turn off tv. No! Had to pack up all belongings and move to another room. New room although appeared to be the same . Was not . Mattress was not the same Heater did not function. Pillows worn and full of dust mites. Triggered my accute allergic reaction. Never got back to sleep. Miserable night. When checked out at 8:30 asked for a refund. Denied. Will not stay at brand ever again .

    Angry But it all worked out.

    Met online reservations with hotels.com get to the hotel second week in a row. They tell me they can't get anything done without something. I don't know what it was. But the lady at the front desk by asked her if she could do it because that's what the manager did last time. Of course. She would do it. She told me I had to do it. But it wasn't my fault and it wasn't her fault. So I had to do it. So I waited on the phone for almost an hour. Mainline reservations with hotels.com get to the hotel second week in a row they tell me they can't get anything done without something I don't know what it was but the lady at the front desk by ask her if she could do it because that's what the manager did last time of course she wouldn't do it she told me I had to do it but it wasn't my fault and it wasn't her fault so I had to do it so I waited on the phone for almost an hour and then I proceeded to call them to try to cancel that's when they told me the lady at the front desk or the man now the lady disappeared the man at the front desk said that your reservation had come through. I was going to notified. That I would receive a comp room. For my troubles which renewed my faith in humanity because I was very upset.
