This place was great -- awesome roof top and fun location. Two notes -- the hot tub did not work 1/2 the times we tried to use it, maybe it was bad luck. This place lists that it has free parking -- in reality it was free first come first serve street parking -- that is not the same thing.

Property is nice, and as shown in the photos. What the photos don’t show: 1. The area is a bit off the beaten path, in what seems to be a sketchy area. Just at the edge of where downtown towers give way to gas stations, tire repair places, etc. There is a soup kitchen on the corner so it is a popular spot for homeless people. 2. I didn’t realize that sonder does not clean the room daily while you’re there. So my garbage piled up over the three days and it got a bit smelly in there. 3. The check in process could have been more clearly explained, especially as it pertains to the location of the lockers in the parking garage.

Check in was horrible. It was not clear to me that I had to register with Sonder to get the information to get the keys, etc. When I called them, their system was down and they could not send me info to check in. I waited 1.5 hours in the lobby talking to Sonder and to

Overall, check-in process was horrific. No local individual to assist with check-in. The individual in lobby does NOT represent the renting out of the room. The check-in process is 100% over the web, access to the room is without any directions without combing through Emails, instructions, etc. The initial Email with my access codes gave me a lockbox password (that held my key) without giving the LOCKBOX #, or the location of the lock boxes??? No WiFi, stench in the room, rug held down by tape off the tape, no ironing board, path to the room off the elevator was a maze and a LONG walk, key FOB didn't work until minutes later so I was stuck outside the building (after leaving the inside to cross to the other side of the building based on wall directions to the room), waiting for the FOB to then turn green. And lastly, NO PARKING!!! The room is owned by an owner, why isn't that owners parking spot INSIDE THE BUILDING offered to the RENTER. No, you are literally told to find a parking spot on the street, or worse, they recommend a public parking lot (you have to pay for) literally three blocks down, two blocks up. WOW! Carry everything from there to the hotel? Incredible. Never again.
