Almost There
I believe they are the process of remodeling. The beds are more comfortable then they were and the wall decor was beautiful. I stayed in this one before and then went to Omaha, NE two years ago and it was beautiful; so I'm seeing the potential. I love how secure the hotel is and friendly the staff was. Breakfast can be a bit better (regarding selection), but still nice to have the option. Will stay again 😁

Everything was up to par, but in the bathroom the fan didn't work and there were some issues with me being told my reservation had breakfast included and they still tried to charge me for it. When I mentioned it was included the receptionist said that she did see it included. But, breakfast was delicious everything else was great.

Great little hotel. Good rates. Stingy on using the shuttles for anything other than the airport runs. Was told they would bring us to conventin center but then reversed deciscion. Otherwise a great place.

Big thanks for the front desk's help having a room available a couple of hours before check-in. This was a great opportunity as I could drop my items and get ready for a late afternoon event. My average rating (and I've stayed here before, and will likely again,) was that two nights in a row, there were altercations on both the floor I was on and one above which came then through the stairwell. Both times were early a.m., and I tried calling the front desk (hard line, as well as my cell to the front desk,) but no one picked up. I didn't feel safe with the screaming, and loud noises to leave my room to report in-person. !
