Appartement avec terrasse dans banlieue résidentielle

Appartement spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, non loin de Montpellier. Nous avons regretté que la présentation générale du logement ne corresponde pas. Petit bâtiment subdivisé en 4 appartements, il n'est pas situé au calme dans un village ( ce que nous recherchions) mais dans une petite ville de banlieue résidentielle. La rue en contrebas est très passante. Quant au petit jardin, il s'agit d'un rectangle de terre inégale et non entretenu dans le prolongement de la terrasse.
