Showed up here, unloaded and carried our luggage and sleeping kids only to find out the room we got sent to was still dirty from the last guests. So we hauled everything back down to our car and drove to the front office again. Let them know and they moved us rooms which was great, except there was no exceptional customer service. Everyone here was rude, didn’t seem to care that it was 11:30pm and we are going back and forth to find a clean room. I asked if there were any discount or anything the could do for us and the answer I got was “for?” I responded with “the inconvenience of having to haul our stuff to the room with our sleeping kids only to have to come back down and for not having the room ready?” The girl said she would give me 10% off my stay... Again, only to have her take 10% off of ONE day. The next morning we woke up to get ready for the day and the showers were cold. Turned the hot water all the way up and still no hot water so my kids, my husband and I all had to take cold showers our entire stay. Didn’t feel the need to tell the front staff since they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience of switching rooms. The last thing is we packed our stuff and left, we make it home and unpack our things and I realize my traveling mirror is missing so I called, since we have family there thinking they could go pick it up for me and ship it back. The front staff took 8 hours to call me back to say they haven’t found my mirror, but would call if they found it.
