I booked the room for 3 adults and 2 children and there were two towels in the room. When I asked for more they said they didn't have any more. When I booked the room I asked for a cot when we arrived they said they didn't have one for us the only one they had was already being used. It took about 20 min. to cheek in, they put in the wrong expiration date on my card witch declined it and tried to blame it on our bank blocking our card. It was very clear that we were bothering the guy at the from desk who was trying to watch a movie on his tablet.

Musky and moldy. I had an allergic reaction to the mold in the room... my throat began to swell, my sinuses immediate started having issues, and I broke out in itchy hives. The room smelled musky. I tried to tough it out because I didnt want to upset the staff... I made it all night and was absolute sick the next morning. I decided there was absolutely no way that I could stay a second night like I had originally booked. So I asked to check out and to get a refund on the 2nd night. They didnt want to give the refund at the hotel because I went through Expedia... FINALLY after being on hold for what seemed like hours, I talked to a nice customer service rep who stated that she got it taken care of and I would only be charged for 1 night. Well... I have yet to be refunded for the second night... so we will see how long this takes before I get my money back... AND I have to see the dr today for an allergy shot from the mold allergy. Never again will I stay there or recommend it for anyone who has allergies!!
