All in all a good place but the use of the lift was a problem and having to haul baggage 6 floors not enjoyable - customer service didn’t respond to inquiry on lift - other than that room is clean and well located to train and as described

I guess the property is typical for Rome, however it’s is budget friendly and is central close to transit and train. Elevators doesn’t work all the time and we have to walk 6th flight of stairs. If this is a constant problem they should atleast have someone to take the luggage down stairs. Other than that u get what u paid for.

Un hotel cómodo por la zona pero si llegas de noche puede parecer el lugar incorrecto ya que no tiene recepción 24 horas y todo es oscuro incluso dentro del hotel. La habitación limpia y cómoda.

Very convenient check in especially after hours! A code downstairs and upstairs! Location (5), cleanliness (4), it was very cold during the night and the heat was not functional! Privacy and noise is (0) you will hear a bathroom human talks, a guest next to you, and a stunning lady who is walking on the heals up to midnight and starts at 4 AM in the morning! I thought there was a dancer upstairs! I stayed in room (3) from October 12-13, 2021! A perfect place for shower and leave! I could not sleep due to constant variety of noises coming from all over the places!

Great little hotel/guest rooms

Very good for the price paid (Junior suite). Cleaned every day and beds made/towels changed if needed. Basic but clean and modern. Mini fridge. Tea/coffee facilities. Soaps provided. Can’t complain. Tv wasnt working but out exploring most of the day anyway so didnt miss it. Air-conditioning but didnt need. Plenty of little restaurants around - REbasilico particularly good. Supermarket (Conrad) 5 mins walk. Termini station just over 5 mins. Main tourist spots like Colosseum / Trevi Fountain / Spanish steps within half an hour easy walk. Lots of little closer landmarks to explore too.
