This charming farmhouse is located in Rock Spring, GA which is a rural unincorporated community in Northwest Georgia. Its is 14 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and north of Lafayette, GA. The area is characterized by its rolling hills, farmland, and a slower pace of life, though it offers easy access to the nearby Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park for outdoor activities and history enthusiasts along with easy access to the Battlefield Farmer's Market and Gordon Lee Mill. The farmhouse sits on 3 acres that is fenced with a traditional red barn located behind the house along with a covered patio/carport. Fire pit available for late night relaxation and for taking in the fresh air of the country.
