Limit the employee cell phone use.
The stay was great. My only complaint would be that when we checked in, the women that checked us in would not get off of her phone. Her call was more important than the customer. She continued to talk to and whisper to whom ever was on the other end. About an hour after check in when I was trying to locate the pool so my son could swim while I watched we couldn't even get her to come out to the front desk. We ask some other guests where the pool was. When she heard us talking, she came out from the back room. Still on her phone.
