"The lease agreement seemed like it would be a daunting task when I read about it, but the process went smoothly, and I had it completed quickly with Maria prior to our arrival. The house was easy to find in its quiet neighborhood. We never required Rick's help with anything, but he did reach out to make sure things were going well. We spent our mornings enjoying the sunroom over cups of coffee as well as going on walks on the park trails. We used the house as a launching point for our many daytrips in Eastern Washington. Each night, we came back to this inviting house to relax. We also played many games of air hockey, The Simpsons arcade game, Jurassic Park pinball, and of course Dragon's Lair (which Rick had a hand in producing and concept writing!). The house had plenty of room for our four-person family to spread out and relax. We would gladly stay again if we are ever in the Spokane area for another week. We also look forward to staying at other properties managed by Rick. Thanks for the fun week!"
