Hardwood floors, heated tile floor in bath, fridge/freezer drawers, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Breville oven, cooktop, low voltage lighting with solar and battery backup, wi-fi, smart TV, Sonos speakers in/out, separate AC/heat, parking, fully furnished - including kitchen items, linens, towels, etc.. and 2x/month maid service!.. Expansive private patios, completely fenced. Only one person lives in the main house, so very private. Property has a private pool with 270 degree mountain views and a separate hot tub overlooking the entire valley. One of the finest estate properties in Mendocino County. Single occupancy recommended. No smoking - anything. Monthly rental.
