The house made a very good base for our visit to friends who live in that neighborhood. There were some not-ready-for prime-time aspects that would be easy to fix: Plenty of towels and hand towels but no bath mats or washcloths. A dirt yard which could be grass or meadow by next spring. We had to ask for closet hangers, but then they were delivered promptly. But all the basics are in place for a great stay: fresh, delightful kitchen space, good mattresses and adequate bedside lighting, room to unpack and settle in. I felt safe jogging the mile home from my daughter's place at 10:00 at night, and we noticed no traffic noise even though the house is only a block from a big intersection. Overall, we'd definitely stay there again.
