"Quite Excellent. from book in by Karen at reception who upgraded us - to the gym and pool staff (notably Caelan), to the restaurant staff, Joe, Cara and Eloise who provided an excellent service from the dining room - carvery and take away meals. The reception staff were always helpful (Debbie). We had a truly wonderful experience in a large and clean lodge. Minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of activities on site for both adults and children. equipment for these activities on hand and respected by clients at the resort. A really super weekend break I'd have stayed for much longer given the chance. "

"Communication was easy via e-mail with the management company and the housekeeper let us know when the property was available and was especially helpful as we managed to negotiate a late checkout - ideal with four generations of people to herd. The house has great views towards the sunset from both floors and the downstairs space is particulary good with plenty of light, sofas and a very well equipped kitchen. Heating was very efficient and the addition of the log burner added very nicely to the cosy atmosphere in the evenings. As it was winter we didn't use the outside space too much but our grand daughter loved the swing in the back garden."
