Property: Everything was incredibly beautiful and the grounds were very well maintained. Everywhere you looked, there were gorgeous palm trees and flowers. The beach had beautiful white sand and pretty clean water (except for some occasional seaweed). Pools were thoroughly cleaned every morning.
Service: There were times when service was a bit slow, either because there were fewer staff at the desk or there was just less urgency to assist. I requested a hair dryer for the room once on the phone and then 2 days later in person, but it never came. It wasn't a huge deal, but I definitely had more efficient service at other places.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and restocked with your basic amenities (toilet paper, towels, hand soap, lotion, etc.) Room service was pretty thorough as well. The beds were not the most comfortable (pretty hard), but we got used to them. It was nice to have access to the balcony to relax or hang our bathing suits.
Food & Drinks: There is one main buffet, which has the most variety. The omelet (breakfast) and past station (lunch and dinner) are probably the best because the food is made to order. Other foods were overall pretty good. There are also restaurants that require reservations (should be made your first day). We tried the Japanese (hibachi), Italian, and the Open Grill. Italian was our favorite. In terms of drinks, they were watered down. Seems like a lot of people brought their own yetti jugs, which got you more to drink and kept it colder longer!
