Spectacular home with a recently renovated 70's flair, Manor Harbor is located on a private 4-acre peninsula on Sebago Lake. Our spacious year-round home is a true lakeside retreat with many great amenities, including water views from all windows, a large patio, bedroom-level deck facing the water, a private dock from which to launch your boat or our kayaks (or one you've rented from one of the many local marinas), numerous swimming spots, and abundant wildlife. Ideal layout for families or large groups, with open-concept living areas, two stone fireplaces, and a large kitchen and dining area. 4 total bedrooms, one with 3 bunk beds, holds a total of 3 queen and 6 single beds. There are two bathrooms that include a soaking tub and 2 showers, plus a game room above the separate two car garage. Our private, dead end road allows you the peace, quiet, and serenity of lake life, along with the convenience of downtown nearby. Windham and Naples are both less than ten minutes away. Restaurants, golfing and entertainment/attractions are available when you are! A quote from a recent guest, “We have stayed at various homes on Sebago over the past twenty years, and this is the most beautiful.”
A stunning location, a recently redecorated 1960-70"s style house with room for all, all modern amenities, great hosts and wonderful weather. We could not have asked for a better experience. Plenty of room to dock a pontoon boat and a Sunfish and still leave ample room for the swimmers. The hosts provide canoes, kayaks, paddles and life jackets. Since the property is located in a private cove, intrepid sailors are challenged to exit the cove into the main lake, and the pontoon drivers have to keep close to a deep water channel to get to the big lake. But with a little practice all was possible. For very young non-swimmers, there is not a shallow water beach or shallow play area but the surrounding parks offer those options. Having been to many of the lakes and cottages in this area of Maine my family unanaminously declares this the "best ever". We hope to return next year.!
