Residence Edera 18 by Wonderful Italy

House situated inside Residence Edera with a large shared pool and garden, surrounded by Valtenesi hills, ideal to host up to six people.



Our house, provided with free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout the spaces, welcomes guests with its spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob, an electric kettle, an orange juicer, a toaster and a coffee machine.

A bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and a washing machine complete the ground floor.



The first floor houses the sleeping area: the master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed overlooking the private balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and of the hills. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A bathroom with bath, wash basin, bidet and WC completes the floor.



On the basement floor, there is an open space that can be used as a tavern or a play area for kids; from this room, guests will access the private garage where to easily park one car.

*At guests' disposal there is a shared pool available from May 1st to September 30th, together with a large green area. Swimming cap is required.

The city of Polpenazze del Garda is mainly known for the production of Valtenesi wine and Garda oil, about which the Wine Fair is periodically celebrated. It’s certified that the city has existed since the Bronze Age, and tourists will be able to admire the historical testimonies of that era thanks to the presence of the Polpenazze Castle and the Baroque Church of Santa Maria, which enjoys one of the most beautiful glimpses of Lake Garda. Even nature lovers will be able to appreciate Polpenazze thanks to the trekking, biking or quiet walk routes along the lakefront.

Fijn verblijf

Grote woning met gezamenlijk zwembad welke in deze periode bijna privé was. Heerlijk rustig park met veel groen. Badkamers zouden wat gemoderniseerd mogen worden en keuken is vrij klein, maar van alles voorzien. Al met al een fijn verblijf.

In Ordnung

Wir waren in der Osterwoche da, der Garagenschlüssel fehlte, wurde aber am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert. Irgendwie fehlte auch so erwas wie eine Garderobe, der Schlüssel zum Eingangstor von der Straße funktionierte immer nur mit viel Versuchen und Rüttelei. Im Kühlschrank gabs kein Licht, die Klospülung lief manchmal stundenlang nach und der Brausekopf an der Dusche muss dringend erneuert werden. Aber das muss ja auch schwierig sein, so ein Objekt aus der Ferne zu betreiben. Im Grunde waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt recht zufrieden. Die Nachbarn waren nett, der Pool, wenn auch jahreszeitbedingt kalt, war sauber und wir haben prima Ausflüge gemacht und gut geschlafen.

Wundervoll, erholsam, TOP

Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in Polpenazze und das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung und es war wieder sehr schön! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Inzwischen wurden auch Stecker und neue Liegen gekauft. Wunderbar und sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne , sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit einigen ärgerlichen Defiziten

Die FW war sehr sauber. Die Betten gut. Küche: minimlistische Ausstattung: nur eine Minikaffekanne für rei Pers.. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher konnten wir nicht benutzen, da die Stecker nur unten im Hobbyraum in eine Steckdose passten. Entsprechende Adapter konnten wir nicht kaufen,da im September in den Läden ausverkauft. Schwimmbad war gesperrt, obwohl in Ausschreibung.

Die Unterkunft war super und sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten nachgebessert werden, wurden der Agentur bereits gemeldet. Alles in allem wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Gardasee.
