"The house was perfect for our stay. Newburyport is very quaint. We had to drive through it each time we hit the slopes at Ski Bradford abiu 45 minutes away. Plum Island offered beatiful ocean views and the beach was a mere 5 minutes from the house. We also took the commuter train into the city that took about an house. The train station was about 15 minutes away. The house large enough for our group of 8...3 teenage girls slept in the bunk room, 2 teenage boys took the loft...83 year old Uncle stay in the queen room and my husband and I were in the master. The only complain from everyone was thar the sheets were a bit scratchy. It may be time for new sheets for all of the bed. Overall thought, the house was great."
