"The place was filthy. Towels with secretions all throughout the house and bathroom floors. All beds in all bedrooms unmade with secretions on them and sheets on the floor. Bathtub was full of mildew, dirt, and spiderwebs. House was shopworn and did not look like pictures (pictures looked like they were AI manipulated or taken when the place was last remodeled 30 years ago). The deck on the outside had a couple of screws sticking up and some boards were rotten. There was a tarp (that covered wood at one time) laying about and weeds growing tall all around the property. We drove 3 hours to get to this house of horrors and the house was so bad we drove home immediately after entering the property."
