    Very disappointing

    I was extremely disappointed with the whole hotel! For as much money as we pay the shower had black stuff all thru grout!!!! The elevators were awful and one got stuck.... not to mention the prices of food and the fact not having a station for coffee! We had million Water stations but not coffee.... the parking situation was the worst!!! Never again

    Beautiful, clean, welcoming lobby with modern flair and amazing staff Ballrooms were also clean and beautiful with nice bathrooms that accommodated the large crowd Room was terrible (everyone was also saying this). It was dusty everywhere except the nightstand, desk, and table under the tv which led me to believe it is quickly cleaned each time but not detailed cleaned. The wallpaper,curtain, and bed frame was visibly very dusty. The curtain had something disgusting splattered all over a six foot section of the drape. The sheer curtain had big food (chocolate???) stains on it. The wood furniture was all knocked up which doesn’t really bother me but I’ll still note it in this review. The fabric chair was gross, and I told the kids to stay away from it. The leather desk chair was very nice— clean and newer looking with a modern look. The view was awesome from the window. Overall, I expected more from a big brand hotel chain. If they can keep the common areas so nice, then they should be able to keep the rooms equally as nice. It is mostly an issue of deep cleaning and upkeep rather than the housekeeping. Also, rooms don’t have a fridge or microwave. If you want fridge, it’s first-come availability, so I didn’t get one. No one gets a microwave even my friends in suites. Today, those things are common in every hotel— at least the fridge, so the hotel needs to invest in them. I have to stay there again this year for another convention, and I’m dreading it.
