I named this property the “landlord special.” It was clean, but it’s not ready to be rented. The walls and baseboards need painting, closet doors not properly installed in one of the bedrooms. No hangers. Bedrooms missing fire detectors. The bathrooms are missing towel hooks and trash cans. The bathroom electrical plugs are not up to code. The kitchen had no coffee cups. I bought some and left for the next person to use. The microwave and dishwasher were not working. It has potential but it’s not ready yet.
