Terrible stay.
We got a out of service room, then switched to room that smelled like cigarettes. Never given Wifi password. Coffee had no sugar, when I politely asked I was just given a shrug.

Front desk clerk was on his cell phone device while checking me in. As soon as I got to my room I noticed the bed was broken so I pretty much threw in the towel on adulting as I had a rough day to begin with; long day of labor, followed by getting caught in Holiday traffic, then coming home to an AC that was shot, I had to seek a place to rest my weary self, it having to be cost efficient and at a location friendly as I had class the very next morning... Anyway, I would've been obliged if my welcome felt welcoming and would advise that housekeeping and maintenance take a gander at the furniture in the rooms....

Ruined a child's birthday when her and her brother wouldnt stop fighting I separated them but still managed to not get prioritized fast enough. We were told to vacate the motel. Im sorry but this wasnt handled properly or in a business manner. I work for a company that works with 16 million small businesses on the web for a presence. I work in customer service and that was, by far, the absolute worst cusomer service example in history. It was immediate and my son over exaggerates.
