The front desk staff seemed very nice and professional. However, I had an issue when I was there this past weekend. I extended my stay one more night and I booked through expedia- from there I proceeded to the front desk and was able to process my extra night. I requested to be in the same room and was done with no issues. And then their communication got lost and the front desk failed to inform housekeeping that I'm staying an extra night. I stepped out for my business meeting and came back to a clean room BUT all of my belongings we missing. Including brand new paris of socks, undewear, toiltries and some food. I called fron desk and was told to speak with the manager in the morning. When I went to talk to the GM- his response was, oh sorry but everything was thrown away. Really? I didn't care much about other stuff besides my brand new bundle of socks and some other expensive stuff I brought the night before but he told me everything was tossed- and then he proceeded to tell me that I have to call the third party and ask them to refund me $40 which is the amount I spent on the stuff that was in the room. I just told him okay and walk away. Oh, the iron was also broken and I waited 20 minutes for a replacement. Not to mention nasty showers and the hot tub. The GM don't reall care and will BS thier way out of complaints.
