The bed had sheets for a blanket. The spare blanket was ratty and had holes. I called front desk for another blanket, when delivered the staff gave me an attitude asking if there was a spare blanket in the closet and I said yes but it was very ratty and thin. He looked and me and held the blanket hostage shaking his head saying they’re all the same they’re all the same. I then asked for the blanket and he thrust it at me shaking his head. The AC lets you adjust the thermostat (we set it to 65 to sleep) low and behold it cranked up to 75 all the way until noon the following day. It was so uncomfortable. The downstairs bathrooms were gross and dirty. The front desk gave us now WiFi instructions but registered my email on their page so after googling how to set it up on my phone, I had another headache of this email has already been registered. Then the hotel alarm went off at 6am on a Saturday!!! The day after we got in (valentines night). Parking was vallet at the hotel $46 a night with no option to park yourself which we did not like. Not at all convenient if you’re planning on driving to places in the city. No marketplace in the hotel so necessities, something we’ve become fond of at other hotels. Downstairs restaurant was always super busy and loud. Overall the place seemed pretty classless. No microwave in the room but hey there was a safe! Bed was lumpy and hard, bad back pain. No bathroom storage with shelves like we’ve seen at higher end places. We won’t be back.
