Welcome to the Casa Collinetta.
Our country house is on a small hill and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the unique nature of the Marche.
The app. Acuto, for 4 to 6 people (at ground level and with two bedrooms) is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. TV, WiFi and a pelet oven await you. The kitchen has a four-burner stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster. Basic equipment of spices and coffee is available. Bed linen and towels do not have to be brought. The apartment has its own patio, the large garden can be used by everyone. Loungers and garden furniture are available. The pool (7.00 mx 3.50 m, depth 1.40 m) with shower is available to all guests. Just like the large covered outdoor patio.
