    Located on the third floor of the Gulf Island Condominiums Unit 232. Beautiful views of the gulf and bay from balcony. 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the home of the longest fishing pier in Florida at 1,545 ft. and access to many local bars and Restaurants. Pool with pool guest house. Very prompt to communicate with guests. Upon arrival you will park close to building number two which is the first building on your left. Access is through the first set of stairs as you come in. Unit 232, on the third floor. NO ELEVATOR. Perks to this third level condo is the VIEWS, once you arrive to Unit 232 you will walk into an ambiance of modernized beach decor, walk to the sliding doors and step onto your balcony where you not only have a beautiful views of the gulf on the left but also have views of the bay on the right! Stocked with 4k ultra HD smart TV's (Log In with your account: Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, CH+, Vudu, Youtube) Cable is provided. In the living room you will find a curved 65" TV and a second one in the master bedroom at 43". Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, King bed and private bath, twins in hall with hall bathroom, pull out couch that is queen sized. You will have 1 bath towel per person, 2 bath rags Per person for the duration of your stay. There will be one hand towels provided in each bathroom. If you need more rags or towels while you’re there you will need to wash them in the washer and dry them in the dryer. I will not provide amenities except for a few dishwasher pods, handsoap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. If you’re looking for a kayak experience we offer to kayaks for the entire duration of your stay at an additional fee of $50 each. You can rent one or two of them. See kayak picture above.) There is a $200 non refundable pet fee for each pet. and $125 cleaning fee and $100 refundable deposit ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PARTIES WITHIN THIS CONDO!!!! You are always welcome to feel free to communicate with me as needed. The only time you will directly hear from me is if there is booking questions and the day you are to check in I will send a keypad code for your entry with minor instructions. This condo is in prime location to local bars if you desire a tropical drink by the beach! Being closely located to the bridge that comes from Navarre to Navarre beach makes this a prime spot for vacationers. Closely located to the bridge in Navarre you will find all grocery suppliers that are needed, within 5 min drive of condo. Local restaurants and bars close are as follows (all within a 2 min drive) : Beach House Bar and Grill (directly across the street,1 min walk) Juana's Pagadas Sailor's Grill Broussard's of Navarre Beach Windjammers on the Pier Local activity rentals within 2 min drive that include ski sails, jet skies, paddle boards, and kayaks! 47 min drive to Downtown Pensacola 15 min drive to Gulf Breeze Zoo 30 min drive to National Seashore

      Love the beach!

      Beach access and amenities were great! Having small children, we would love to have had a more direct access to the sound. But very nice overall.

        Rental was the cleanest and best equipped!

        We have rented on the Gulf Coast for the past 16 years, and this property offered many items that made our stay very convenient, i.e. trash bags, bathroom tissue, dishwasher pods, squirt hand soap, and even SPICES to last the entire week. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, available as well as bicycles and kayaks for rent directly from owner. The cleanest property we've ever rented AND flexible check in time. Thank you Brent.
