    This deluxe 1998 - 3 bedroom house is colorfully decorated with a Mexican flavour. It is located on beautiful Magic Lake. It comes complete with a Red Clipper canoe for your paddling enjoyment and a good dock for swimming and fishing. A cobblestone path takes you down to the picnic table and dock. Some fishing poles for catching lake trout. The house is located close to stores, ocean beaches, tennis courts and a world class Frisbee golf course. Just a ten minute walk or two minute car ride. Be sure to stop in at the new Pender Island winery for wine tastings.....artists studios are available, call ahead for viewing. Upstairs - One large bedroom with a bay window overlooking the lake, with a queen size bed. Full bathroom with a shower. Living room, dining room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings with wood beams and large glass windows and doors. The floors are all hardwood and tile. There is a partially glass covered full deck overlooking the lake complete with a gas barbeque. Downstairs - Two bedrooms with double beds and mirrored closets , a large full bathroom with bathtub/shower and washer/dryer. Large rec room with pool table with view to the lake. Extended and enclosed lower deck to enjoy lake views. Washer and dryer in the downstairs area. Front Deck: The front deck is west facing and an expansive area to enjoy the garden and sunsets. Lavender and Mediterranean style garden . A pergola on the top grass area with seasonal plants and a variety of flowering shrubs. Keywords: House

      Great space with lots of character. Everything you need for a family summer vacation.

      Magic lake house lived up to its name. I loved the space with the Mexican flare. It was clean and spacious. I actually have not found places like this before where it is on an island and also on lake front with access to a canoe. Great value as well. I would like to go back. The relaxed feeling of being there will linger on.
