Chic room not so chic..had food stains from previous guest stay, stained bedding, damp odour, had to use aircon on all the time. Upon checkout we we told that we took their laundry bag and was going to be charged for it. Housekeeping looked properly in the room and found it there...no apology. We were charged 300BHT for a room key that we had lost upon checkout. Breakfast of poor quality. Very rude reception staff. Management needs lots of hospitality training so they can pass that training down to their staff to treat customers with respect.
