The service provided was top-notch. While the room may benefit from some repainting in certain areas, overall, we feel valued as clients and truly at home. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. The hotel sits behind the Gaisano Country Mall and it is a very easy walk to shop. Plenty of different places to eat. Feels safe, and if you need to go further, the front desk staff can help you with a taxi. I would definitely stay here again. "
