The customer service was amazing . The rooms weren’t the cleanest and in the greatest shape but the staff was unbelievable .

Beware of bully salespeople....
Beware of salespeople pressure to buy in to their sale tactics at check in. After telling her politely that we wasn't interested,....she tried to intimate us that we should have known that we would have to schedule a meeting with her during our stay. Finally I had to sternly explain to her that we was not obligated to meet with her, and wasn't going to. The remainder of our stay was very pleasant...other then parking garage is very, very, tight and uncommonly routed.

Great room but watch out for timeshare pitch
Our two-bedroom condo was amazing, but everything about our experience here was just so-so. As other reviewers have mentioned, at checkout they will HOUND you about attending their timeshare presentation. Beware of offers for "free breakfast" and do not give them your credit card for a deposit, like a stupidly did. There is no restaurant onsite and the pools and "game room" were unremarkable, but the hotel is right on the beach with a great view.
