The fact that you'll be within walking distance of not only these great attractions but also wonderful amenities means that the whole group will be entertained for the entire trip. With a queen-size bed and a twin trundle bed, this studio is able to sleep up to four guests. A large cable-equipped flatscreen TV is mounted in front of the bed, so you'll be able to lie back and relax while catching up on your favorite shows. The studio also comes with WiFi so that you can share all of your vacation pictures with your friends back home. The compact kitchen includes everything you need to prepare nourishing snacks and meals. With white appliances, oak cabinetry, and designer countertops, this space is open enough so that you won't feel cramped. A dining table for four is included by the window by the trundle bed. The bathroom is extremely spacious and includes charming beach decor and a double vanity. A private washer and dryer are included for guests' added convenience. Parking Notes: One parking pass will be left for you in the condo. All vehicles, boat trailers, and motorcycles require a parking permit or tags. No covered trailers allowed. Additional permits and tags are $10 to $50 depending on the type, and can be obtained from the HOA office by the pool Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 CST. Additional parking is available in the front plaza by the restaurants. IMPORTANT: Your parking pass will be left in your room. Please immediately hang the parking pass from your rearview mirror in your vehicle. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARKING PASS VISIBLE YOUR CAR MAY BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE. Water Access: All beaches are open to the public. The closest access is across Thomas Drive and just left of Gulf Crest Condos. Please use the pedestrian crossing at the corner of Thomas Drive and Joan Ave. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.     Smaller like old cigarette smoke.

    Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Refrigerator empty but not clean. Shower was small. 2 patched holes in the wall not painted. Big stain in carpet next to bed. Room not worth the amount we paid.

      Cozy and quaint, perfect location, so easily accessible to all the best places on the beach. Shops, food, beach, amusement, everything is right there.

        Overnight Trip

        Stain on carpet and stain on Dining Room chairs were not pleasing to the eyes!

        The furniture in the property needs updating. The table and chairs in the kitchen area was very shakey. The table legs were propped up with a stack of coffee filters. We were afraid to use them. Could have easily fallen over. The chairs were very loose , afraid to use those also. The second day of our stay the fire alarm went off and kept sounding for about 20 min. Very loud and disturbing. Called the office only to be told the building was under construction and it was not an emergency and it would be turned off soon. It would have been nice to have been informed at booking that the complex was under construction.
