Anyone under that age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking Notes: Parking is located on the front of the building and on either side of the building. These spaces require a Parking Pass. There are about 15 parking spaces along the road to the east of the building beside of Bid-a-wee beach. A parking pass is not required for this area. Although there are not any "NO PARKING" signs, parking to the east of these spaces may result in having your car towed by the city. This is especially true overnight. Neither Vacasa nor the Fontainebleau owner’s association will accept any liability if your car is towed by the city. Per the Homeowners' Association, each condo is allowed only one Fontainebleau Terrace Rental Parking Pass. This is a "Limited Parking-Pass" which allows access to the property but does not guarantee a parking spot in the designated parking areas. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Your parking pass will be left in the condo for you when you arrive. This parking pass must be returned to the condo prior to departure. There is a fee of $50 for a missing or lost parking pass. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file if the parking pass is not left in the condo. Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of vehicle or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises. Water Access: Condominium is located directly on the beach. There are multiple access points to beach from ground floor. Please be mindful of the current exterior construction being performed. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

    Worst hotel ever

    This place is so old it should be torn down the best part of this hotel is the pool and beach. Blinds were broken falling apart furniture roaches in bathroom spider webs in closet rusted old pans and pots dishes were dirty oh and advertisement of dishwasher was a total lie

      The check in process was great, didn't have to go through front desk. Was able to go straight to room and use keypad. Had to clean off table and chairs prior to using.....left dirty/sticky from previous guest. Although I didn't plan to cook during my stay, I did notice some of the pots/pans in the cabinet were rusty. The extra linens to be used for the pull out sofa were dirty. There is a 1-2" gap at the bottom of the door which is basically an open invitation for critters to come in. We did see 1 roach that entered the room. I had to put a towel down in front of the door, which helped a little but not much. The bathroom could use a ventilator to help with moisture when showering. The stream beads up on the ceiling forming brown bubbles (nasty). The back of the toilet looks like it has calcium buildup. The wooden shutters are broken. You have to open them one by one to let the natural light I to the room

        Great location!

        No crowds on the beach, great restaurants and stores close by, and a comfortable room for two. One negative was that the comforter is not as pictured. It’s been replaced by a comforter that is much too small for the bed so we had to go out and purchase our own. The room was clean but the rest of the community is not kept nearly as clean. Great beach though!

          My overall impression was it was perfect for anyone who loves walking out door right onto the beach.

          Had a great time, the staff was very helpful on any questions we had, such as getting parking decals for our motorcycles and showing us the special secure section they have for motorcycle parking. Great restaurants and 2 fishing piers all within walking distance. Condo is right on the beach and there is a large indoor pool. Would recommend to anyone who loves a laid back atmosphere and hanging out at the beach. There are plenty of places nearby for nighttime entertainment as well.
