The best part of our stay at the Welk was most definitely the staff! It's the easiest way for a business to make customers happy and yet, it's rare to be treated so gracious and hospitable these days. Clearly this team focuses their energy on hiring the right people and building a culture that cares for its customers. During our 5 day stay, we experienced many courteous acts by staff ensuring we were having a great time. Whether it was going by and offering towels at the pool, patience in the game room with our busy and wild children, or a warm a friendly conversation, we felt well taken care of. It's these little things that make the real difference. I wish I was treated like this everywhere I stayed. Thank you all for helping make our family vacation so wonderful!
