Beautiful amazing views newly built home quiet large wraparound deck This property is a newly constructed home that comfortably sleeps eight people. The views of chimney rock are so amazing. The large wraparound deck is very inviting and points directly to chimney rock! Property has many trees in open areas as well. This home is fully equipped with all the kitchen needs you will have and stays warm with the wood-burning stove and or regular heat this house comes with everything you will need to make your stay feel like home. We have a very large washer and dryer for all of your laundry there are three levels with a bathroom on every level. We love dogs, so please feel welcome to bring your pets to our home as well. Our home is less than 10 minutes away from town where you will find many local restaurants, this property is a newly constructed home that comfortably sleeps eight people. Pagosa Springs has so many fun activities to do while you were here. If relaxing on our wraparound deck has drawn you to do more outside activities, then you are in the right place. Wolf Creek ski area is known for having the most snow for downhill skiing. Wolf creek is less than 20 miles from town and a beautiful drive. If you are more into motorized snow adventures, then there are many ways to rent out snowmobiles or take snowmobile Tours. There are also many other activities like cross country skiing, horseback riding, hiking, hot air balloon, jeep tours, and so much more. Please feel free To call us or search activities in Pagosa Springs for many other options. Additional information you will definitely need to know. During the winter you will definitely need a 4-wheel-drive to be able to get up the road to the property. There are times that there is so much snow that we await for the roads to be plowed and could sometimes take 24 hours. Also, we have a 1,000 gallon tank of water and ask our renters to please be conscious of that because during snowy conditions, it is next to impossible to replenish the water if it runs out. If during your stay, the water runs out, we will have to add additional service fees for extra water to be delivered at $200.

    We LOVED the house & the location (w/the unobstructed view of Chimney Rock) is AMAZING!!

    House is fabulous! PLENTY of room, LOVE the balconies (we lived on them ~ never left the house!), awesome view, quiet, secluded, had everything we needed!! Well, one small suggestion . . . because we moved from one balcony to the other all day & night an upstairs coffee pot would be nice. Otherwise, it's the perfect place for girlfriends to kick back, recharge & enjoy the surroundings!! We plan to come back next yr so hope it will be available! BTW, Angela & her hubby & the plumber were extremely nice & helpful when we had the kitchen sink leak. All in all, it was a wonderful wknd!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home!

      Our stay at Aspen Springs

      Overall stay was good. Accommodations for sleeping or generous for eight people. The home is very naturally well lit, with very little shade cover on the windows. Much to our surprise there is no Wi-Fi or television service. The home is advertised as a new build and was built in 2008 and is lacking in exterior attention both structurally and landscaping. We are going to give them a 3 1/2 star rating due to the fact there are issues that need to be addressed but overall Our stay was fine. This home is built on a narrow steep dirt road with deer running on the local properties.

        Amazing stay on the mountain.

        I really enjoyed staying here. We had a great time checking out the local sites. The home is just far away from the highway that you can't see or hear any road noise. Looking at the stars at night from the deck is breathtaking. It's also really convenient to be so close to town and pick up any supplies needed. Thanks again for the stay!

          Great place for the money!

          The cabin was very nice. Like others have said though, it needs a skilled carpenter to finish out the inside. The railing on the decks was sketchy and the stove was very dirty when we arrived. The views were great and for the price paid it is well worth the money!

            Okay

            Great location, just had trouble getting in touch with someone about institutions on how to get in. We had to do what I think is something We pay a cleaning fee for. The house needs some work. But all in all was okay
