I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Hotel Nikko Osaka from 11-15 OCT 2019. I took my wife and daughter on our first vacation to Japan. Especially, I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to me by front desk staff, Yukiko Tani, she noticed that I had made a duplicated bookings and she would like to liaise with the reservation department to ensure I have not been double charged, even though I mentioned that I have received the cancellation confirmation and refund already. Most importantly, my daughter has a serious fever during the mid-night, my wife and I were extremely worry due to the language barrier. The hotel manager asked Yukiko to bring us to the nearest hospital for doctor consultation and helped with translation. Yukiko can speak fluent English and behaved very professionally which made us feel calm. Eventually, our daughter was fine. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. I have already decided to return to Hotel Nikko Osaka or any of the hotels under your brand for our next vacation or business trip. Moreover, I have recommended Hotel Nikko Osaka to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such an outstanding service.
