There front desk and customer service is about as bad as you can get. I checked in, was told we were on the first floor (bc theres no elevators and my dads handicap) they said "we dont have any first floor rooms tonight we are booked but we will transfer you to another room tomorrow." Well, tomorrow comes, nothing. No phone calls. IN THE MEANTIME, we had no hot water. I took an ice cold shower. I call them at 11am, they say they will 1. Send someone over right away to look at it and 2. let me know when housekeeping is done so we can transfer rooms. Then comes 4pm (after check in time so housekeeping was done) still nothing. I call again, mention the room and the no hot water "I understand we will look into it right now" nothing again. 8pm comes around and i call. "We are sending someone" Nothing again. At this point, my ONLY free day in orlando has now been shot waiting for maintenance. So i go to the front desk and they say theyve been attending to the wrong room this whole time even though they had my name and room number. FINALLY some kid tranferred us to their newest and nicest unit. After ruining my trip. But im thankful for that kid. And bell services was great. But the customer service/front desk was absolutely awful and clueless. Ill never stay here again.
