    The property conditions were horrible. There were droppings on the firsf bed and bugs jumping under the sheets of the second bed. My wife and I was so disappointed and disgusted we walked right out, returned the room key and requested a refund which i am still waiting for!! Can someone help get my refund?

    Ice machines not operational. Bathroom shower was not cleaned. Only given one towel and washcloth. Water all over floor from refrigerator defrosting. Mattress had no suport. Checked out in less than 6 hours after checking in from such HORRIBLE conditions. Staff could have cared less that we were checking out because it was unbearable. We drove home and cancelled our plans

    The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a restaurant on site. The location is convenient; only 25 minutes to the airport. Outdoor pool is not heated.
