    Welcome to our wonderful lakeside villa in the beautiful community of Country Creek Estates – whether you are hitting the theme parks or looking to chill out and relax, our home is perfectly situated for you. And don't just take our word for that - if you read our reviews you'll see our guests think the same! (Don’t worry if our latest one was written a while ago, it’s not because of unhappy guests, it’ll just be that we’ve had one or more of our many returning guests staying who were kind enough to leave us a review after their first stay and now show their satisfaction by coming back year after year!) Our home overlooks a lake to the rear - so while you’re relaxing around your very own pool you’ll have a fabulous view of the water, fountain and wildlife instead of looking at a fence or directly into the neighbour’s yard! As well as for Disney, people come to Florida for the year round sunshine and our southwest facing extended pool deck can give you plenty of that! The whole family can enjoy some fun time together in the fresh air, chilling out on a sun lounger or splashing about in the pool - which you can even use on an evening when it takes on a different look with our colour-changing pool light! We also have a pool table and air hockey game to keep the fun going on those rare cooler and rainy days. Our pool deck gets the sun all day - a very important factor if you are staying in the cooler Winter months - but shade-lovers also have their cool haven under our lanai. We just love having brunch out here while watching the ducks and sitting with a relaxing drink on an evening with our feet up (or in the pool!) after a long day at the parks. Complimentary wireless internet access is available (even on the pool deck!), just bring your laptop, tablet or phone and keep adding your photos to Facebook and Instagram! It’s also a great way to keep up-to-date with events in the parks and the local area, especially if you want to give your feet a break and find something relaxing to do! Our aim is to provide a comfortable, homely environment which is light and airy and where you will feel able to relax and enjoy your vacation to the full. We stay there ourselves, so have personal experience of it and put our heart and soul into it, we don't just leave everything to a property manager. Our photos are kept up to date and are pictures which we have taken ourselves, we haven't hired a photographer to use a special lens to make the rooms look bigger or clever angles to hide the fact the pool is next to a road, or to retouch the photos to make it look like a show-home, we'd rather just show it how it is - a good honest vacation home - that way we can spend the money on actually keeping the place in good condition instead of just pretending!! Our welcoming and comfortable lounge/dining room is the perfect place to relax on an evening whilst watching a movie and has access to the pool deck through sliding doors. It has a large comfortable sofa, coffee table, a 39" flat screen Smart LED TV with multiple cable channels - it's also preloaded with Netflix, VUDU and YouTube so you can log into those if you have an account - if not, there's also a dvd player. We have a dining table and chairs if you want more formal dining - or need somewhere to rest that giant pizza box which won’t fit on your knee! The master bedroom has a luxurious pillow-top king size bed, phone and 32" flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with his & hers basins, a big oval bath and separate walk-in shower unit. There is a large walk in closet with plenty of storage space, this is also where our baby equipment is stored (a highchair, baby monitors, pack & play and buggy/stroller). The bedroom overlooks the pool area so you can sit in bed with a morning coffee and still admire the lakeside view! Bedroom 2 has a tropical theme with twin beds and sliding doors which lead onto the pool deck/lanai (children are safe as alarms are fitted and will sound if the door is opened). Also has a walk in closet and TV/DVD combi. Bedroom 3 is our Mickey & Minnie Americana style room which is bright and sunny and also has twin beds and a large closet. All bedrooms had new bedding - and new floors laid - in 2018! The family bathroom, with basin, toilet, and bath/shower combo, is close to bedrooms 2 & 3 and also has access to the pool area (door has pool alarm). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with crushed ice, ice cube and water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer. Our retro American diner style breakfast nook is the perfect place to grab a quick coffee and bite to eat before heading out for the day. You can also gain access to our hot rod themed garage from here, where you'll find our pool table and air hockey table, there's usually a box of pool toys and inflatables in there too. For outdoor dining there is a table and chairs on the lanai/patio, and also a ceiling light and fan for warm summer evenings. Please note - our home is rented on a ‘self-catering’ basis - we know that everyone has their favourite brands so we just we provide a small complimentary supply of basic items such as dishwasher tablets/pods, washer soap pouches, dish detergent and sponge, toilet paper and extra trash bags to get you started.
    Air-conditioned accommodations at this villa offer private pools and washers/dryers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers and hair dryers.
    Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. LED televisions come with DVD players and Netflix. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.

      Lakeside Villa

      First I'd like to say thank you for offering your beautiful home for us and other families to enjoy on their vacations. It was a joy to stay in such a quiet and friendly neighborhood and not a crazy resort type setting. We did spend a lot of time in your home as we wanted to just relax while our daughter was with her high school at Disney. For our week there it was like a home away from home for us, with the exception of the warm weather and the amazing pool all to ourselves. So glad we had the pool heated as my daughter staying in the Disney resort was not, and she noticed. When this trip is made again in the future I will look your place up first. It was very convenient for shopping and close to the Pop Century Resort my daughter was at and ESPN sports complex. We really did enjoy our stay. Thanks again, John and Patti

        Lovely home

        We spent a great week in this rental. It’s large and roomy. The pool was great!! We had a few issues with the cleanliness, which I discussed with the owners. She was very receptive and I believe she will work with their current cleaning company to resolve the issues. Overall it was a very good stay.

          We really enjoyed our stay at this house

          We loved the location and the pool area. The house was also well equipped and had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the cleanliness could have been better. Overall we are very pleased with our stay and can absolutely recommend this house.

              A special treat for daughters 30th birthday!

              This was our daughters birthday and Christmas present ! To have 2 weeks in Florida with mum and dad ( bank of ! ) and her boyfriend . We chose this lovely villa because of the photos and close proximity to all the fun ! ( we have stayed in Davenport area before but that's a bit further out ) The villa was very clean and comfortable - massive master bed ! We loved the pool ( we didn't book pool heating and sooo didn't need it !) and the view over the lake -seeing many birds we don't see in England . The noisy cranes were particularly amusing ! We had to go food shopping as soon as we had unpacked ,which can be a chore , but we were pleased to know a huge Walmart really was just up the road . We did so much in our first week, shopping at the malls , buffet breakfasts at golden corall , IHOP for pancakes , Kissimee on Saturday night for fun fayre and American cars . Seaworld , aquatica, Disney , island of adventure and on our daughters birthday we went to discovery cove where she had a ' dolphin experience " that park is lovely and serene compared to the others , we all enjoyed that day . It was nice to come home to our comfy cozy villa after a busy day or night ( or both !) The street was nice and quiet and I was a bit disappointed we didn't get the chance to go the natural park to have a walk and a go at kayaking . I really do have to say how very helpful Lisa and Paul were , they sent us lots of information about the area , hints and tips and although there is a management company close by if you need them , Lisa responded quickly to say we could stay on after 10am when we were supposed to be leaving for the next villa on the gulf , as we had locked the keys in the car 😱The retail company came to our rescue quickly . ( note if you haven't ben to Florida before , check out all the info about road tolls - some are manned , some only take the passes you buy , some let you throw coins in a bucket , some don't ! We felt very confident about booking through HomeAway as we had used them before , it's nice to be able to trust that there is actually a villa waiting for you . We flew into Sanford , it is a bit further out from Orlando, but much quieter and was really quick to sort the car rental out too . The emails we had from Lisa and Paul before we left also built our confidence ! So , now we are back at work , we would all like to say " thank you " for helping us make special memories in Florida !
