We were on the ground floor and it was pretty loud after 10pm with large parties above us...we were told there could be up to 15 people in a room when we called the front desk. Our room faced the pool and it was loud until pretty late and the bar pool music kept us up late. Housekeeping staff was AMAZING and helpful. Our family rented three rooms ...2/3 rooms had a musty smell and mold on the windows. The kitchen, bathrooms and rooms were very clean. Time share employees repeatedly called and woke us up...we don’t want to deal with high pressure sales people on vacation to save $100 on Disney tickets...the process was extremely confusing and we ended up being charged for a 2 year old in our party that should have been FREE.

Liked that it was more than one pool and also had access to other resort pool too. Didn't like that you had to pay for activities or to play mini golf. I've already paid resort fees I shouldn't have to pay for anything else.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was wonderful and way above expectations. Orlando can be such a confusing ratrace, but your Grande Villas Resort was a welcome comfort! I will be back with the rest of my family!!
