Front counter staff is not prepared enough to manage customer service. Staff could not see the difference between a reservation for multiple days and ran my credit card 3 times for 1 stay..
The property was excellent , friendly staff , comfortable beds really nice place the only negative was the breakfast. You could pick only one plate and one drink coffee or orange juice or tea . very very poor breakfast !
the bathroom is very small and the bathroom door is not safe, breakfast cannot be a bit poor and simple
The hotel itself is really great, we had a nice time and view to volcano bay. The only thing that bummed us out a bit is that it stated that volcano bay was 5 minutes walking distance, what they don't say is that there is a freeway in the middle. They do offer free shuttles to all the parks which is amazing. Overall great experience.
