    5/5 Excellent

Quiet in the middle of chaos.

The location is perfect butted up to a park in a quiet neighborhood. Scenic hiking trails right out of the front door. Yet close to all the activities Folsom has to offer. Clean and homey accommodations that allow for relaxation and family time.

        Perfect Location

I’d like to make a couple of recommendations. Make sure that the traveler is aware that there are multiple stairs and levels. It is not a good choice for the 80 plus traveler. Also it would be nice to have bedside tables with a lamp and a chair in the upstairs bedrooms. There wasn’t an information book listing the WiFi password or TV channels and how to operate.

        5/5 Excellent

          We loved our stay!

          5/5 Excellent

            Very good property

The location next to the lake was amazing. We saw a pair of nesting bald eagles on our hike. The house was very comfortable, but has a lot of areas with two or three steps, some without railings so carelessness could lead to a nasty fall. Stairs to the second level are steep. Thick padded carpeting extends past each step creating a illusion that you have more of a step than you actually do Two of us slid/fell. Beds were comfortable, showers hot. We didn't cook. The property is right next to old Folsom so spending the morning having breakfast and walking around was great.

              Country setting with a smile:)

We have enjoyed a very comfortable week in your VRBO. Thank you for the wild turkeys, squirrels, birds and especially the nesting pair of bald eagles. When in the area we will definitely return:) Thank you!
