Enjoy Kayaking, water skiing or just relaxing on your private beach or in your comfortable hammock. There is a large yard perfect for your family to enjoy ball games, badminton or touch football. You are a short walk to The Madison Beach Hotel, Surf club, Christies Restaurant and much more. Quiet Parker Ave(dead end) offers that peaceful setting so you can relax amongst the home's beautiful flower gardens. The sunsets are breathtaking. The home is equipped with Sonos smart speaker system that streams all your favorite music to any room, or every room including the outside deck and patio areas. On demand and Apple TV are also available. For your family's enjoyment we provide our kayaks at no additional charge. Bike rentals are available nearby.
