"The place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean with a relaxing ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay. Our most favorite area was the basement where we play pool and table tennis. We also like the mini theater where we watch videos with the whole family. The neigborhood is nice which makes us feel safe. I highly recommend this place. It is indeed a great retreat area! I would choose it over again in our next family vacation."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Very convenient to the town of Sag Harbor. House was very comfortable in every way. The only thing I would recommend is to outfit all of the windows with some kind of window coverings. Other than that, I would highly recommend a stay here."

"The house is even nicer than the pictures show. Kitchen looks to have been recently redone and is very well appointed. Plenty of seating around the island or at the dining table. The pool is great. We had some very cool nights so it struggled to get past 76 degrees but was still warm enough and we were in every chance we could get. It has a decent sized gas weber BBQ that seemed pretty new and we cooked on it every night that we weren’t checking out the local sag harbor restaurants. Nice fire pit as well. My only wish was that they had an outdoor table for dining (they do have a small table for 2 on the deck). The owner let us use their segway ninebot which I rode to the local market to get breakfast and supplies a few times. So much fun (beware it’s a pretty busy road). Thank you for letting us use your lovely house. We will be back again."
