"We feel as though we have found our perfect place to stay whenever we are in the Seattle area! The front yard garden is wonderful—a small rose garden, rhododendrons, fuchsias, perfectly kept lawn, table and chairs for garden picnics—I could go on and on. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, walk-in closet, soundproof, and amenities galore provided—even Kleenex, which so many VRBOs don’t provide. Our dog was welcomed—and even got to meet the owners’ two canines. Poop bags were provided, with handy disposal—and even a lovely throw was available to us for our dog to use while on the couch. Wifi worked great, and the home was spotless. Proximity to eateries galore—a fantastic NY-style deli, Chaiyo—a delicious Thai restaurant, Nutty Squirrel Gelato—which was outstanding, to Seattle’s downtown. Wow! 💚 Thank you Cole and Jason!!!"

"Easy check in. Property owner was very responsive to my messages. She would follow up on our stay if we needed anything. Myself and my family love the house. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Only thing downside may be just for my stay was that the house did not had AC during my stay and top floor was hot until early morning, but was provided with fans"

"There were positives and negatives. It was a cute place, and the updates were nice. The slippers were a nice touch, and the decor was cute. On the other hand, there was no check in information sent to me prior to check in. All of the information on VRBO stated that someone would contact me with check in information prior, but that was never received. I had to message the host on the day of check in after the check in time to receive the information for the door code, parking, etc. There was also a significant ant issue. They must have been aware, as there were ant traps under the sink. We did not have open food, but there was constantly a large volume of ants on the kitchen counter. Most annoyingly, there was a large party above us who were loud and obnoxious all weekend. One of the members of their party apologized the last morning, noting that they had a large family reunion with multiple young children who stayed above us. There was no mention of a unit above us in the initial listing. The family seemed very apologetic as well, as they did not seem aware that people could be staying below them. The garbage disposal was not functional, which is ok, but would have been nice to have known prior to our stay. The stay notebook asked for dirty towels to be placed in a laundry basket, but we searched high and low throughout the entire unit, and there was none present. Finally- admittedly a minimal issue- the coffee cups were too small for the Keurig volume choices."

"I am a full-time working mother with 6 kids. This place was hands down worth every penny. I went with my family for a Spring Break getaway, and we had so much fun, and all of us absolutely loved this home. The home is indeed spacious as described, and has warmth to it, which made us feel right at home while away. It is gorgeous inside and out, and near the lake which only adds to its appeal. Everything in the home was easy to find like towels, dishes, coffee (coffee provided with usual fixings), etc. The host was available, and kind, and made the process easy from start to finish. If you are wondering if it is worth it, it totally is and it is located in a spot near places to eat, things to do, and a small drive to downtown Seattle-maybe 20 mins depending on where you want to go."

"Location is about 20 minutes to downtown Seattle, but a very quiet neighborhood with tons of parks. Great local food options and host was extremely quick responding to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!"
