"I had a dreadful experience did not receive the code until nearly 6pm when check-in is 3pm. More funds was required even though my invoice stated all payments covered including deposit. Took over an hour on virtual chat to seek help none was provided. They requested my identification on WhatsApp with wrong spelling in communication which was a red flag."

"The place is nice however a bit annoying, as the room was right next to a building where all you can hear all day is a loud drone of an extractor fan and on top of that the toilet seat wasn't bolted down however these were quite minor. The reason I'm extremely angry is they ask for a damage deposit, after paying it you'll get a email stating "it'll be refunded up to 7 days of leaving the property" it's now day 9, I have not received it back nor heard anything, I have tried emailing, calling and texting... And have not heard anything except when I called getting a text responding with "Sorry, I can't talk right now" which they still haven't responded in anyway after the call and text! Save yourself an extra £100 and book elsewhere."
