This is a timeshare property, not really a hotel. I guess you call it a resort to hide the fact. They tried to get us into a high pressure timeshare sales pitch, which we declined. They have problems controlling traffic around their property. Room wasn't fully ready. Several requests had to be made to get the room in shape - e.g. no DVD player (do they get stolen?), bathroom door was not properly put on, lampshade was broken, not enough blankets, one of the HVAC units in the room had no heat..... Service was fine, place was clean. Rooms were nice and large, but I prefer the Hilton next door, which is where we usually stay. Wife wanted to try this place out. That is rated 4+ on Orbitz, while I'd give this place 3 or 3.5 at most.
