I love this hotel!! And perfect for families (travelled w husband and 11 and 13 year olds). Rooms were a good size....was expecting a smaller room in NYC. The location is fantastic. Quiet neighborhood block in Chelsea with easy access to uptown and downtown. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. Anytime we needed anything (extra pillows, a pair of scissors, etc.) they were at our room in minutes. Clean. Friendly. Highly recommend. Price was reasonable too.
