    Hotel itself is in the heart of the French quarter i.e very noisy. We rented a one-bedroom suite which cost close to 1k price at which one would expect impeccable service. Room was clean, most of the staff welcoming and attentive. unfortunately the (very) weak point is the food. Having 2 young children we ordered in 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there and both times the experience was sub-par. it took 1.5h the first night to get some simple food despite insisting on 2 young kids, food was simply horrible (they cant make mac&cheese). The waitress kindly apologized and promised 50% off which we found out at check-out she had no authority for and got denied it. same horrible experience on our last night order. asked for no bacon, got it with bacon, called back and politely asked for them to resend our food... which they never did. When we checked out I asked for this to be removed (small ask!) the person in charge literally questioned my integrity over the phone. It ended with the general manager waiving this and apologizing. NEVER again.
