    Great weekend stay

Fun, upbeat, spotless clean, good beds!

    5/5 Excellent

Perfectly Cozy for Our Family of 8 (with 6 kids)

The Button Factory had many perks for our family of 8. - First, Yvette responded to our questions immediately, which was comforting. - The off-street parking was spacious for our large vehicle and made it easy to pack and unpack. - The house was clean and comfortable, including the bedding, bathrooms and kitchen. - There were games and books available for both the kids and adults. - The bedroom on the first floor next to the "master" bedroom was perfect to keep our youngest children near us (ages 3 & 5). - The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. - The deck was large with tables and lots of seating. The kids delighted in eating, reading and playing out there. - There was plenty of room for the kids to run around in the yard and they loved the fire pit. - The bedrooms are a good size with lots of closet and drawer space, plus the beds are comfortable! - The property is on a quiet, non-busy street which is a HUGE plus with kids. - The location is just a few minutes away from organic food options, downtown Guilford and Jacobs beach. - Jacobs Beach is perfect for small children. There's plenty of parking right next to the beach. It's clean, the bathrooms are right there, the water is shallow and calm (so we didn't have to worry about the little ones), and there's a playground. Plus, there are beach towels and chairs at the house, if needed. - Everyone we met in Guilford was exceptionally friendly and receptive to our large family. Yvette was the perfect host and was very thoughtful in anticipating the needs of her house guests. The Button Factory is cozy, relaxing, and wonderfully family friendly. Plus the location is GREAT!

        Stay

The place was very outdated. The sheets smelt of mildew, and the comforters did not seem to have been washed in most likely several years. Would not stay again.

        5/5 Excellent

          Family wedding

The place was very comfortable. Great porch outside. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants, and beach. It was wonderful having family together.

            Guilford Summer Rental

The house was within walking distance to the green which made it easy to walk to restaurants and stores. Kitchen was adequate but could have used a few more pots and pans. We like to cook rather than eat out. We were four adults and two children staying in the house. It should be noted that the staircase to the second floor is very steep. Would also recommend a few more lights in the living room. We enjoyed our stay, the house worked for us very well. Thank you.
