      Great location, comfortable home.

You have your own apartment! Plenty of room, very comfortable. You do need to climb stairs, it is located above the garage. Short walk to downtown Mystic. Property owners are very nice and easy to reach if you need them! We had a very pleasant stay of four nights.

        5/5 Excellent

Although our stay was short, we were most appreciative of Anne's welcoming hospitality. The guest house apartment is charming, quiet, and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip.

            Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay in this lovely guesthouse, and were sorry we only had 3 nights there. The location is great – a short step to Gravel Street, and so we could wander by the river to get to the shops and restaurants around Main Street. I loved the fact that my morning run could be on a paved walkway, all the way from the guesthouse, over the draw bridge, down Holmes Street / Greenmanville Ave (past the fabulous Mystic Seaport), to the Elm Grove Cemetery! The guest suite so nicely decorated and is a good size – with a comfy sofa, a nice dining table and chairs, as well as a well-equipped little kitchen. The bed was the smallest we had on our US trip this time, but very comfortable, and had lovely linens. We loved the shower room, and the fact that the luxurious towels were “bath sheets” – so nice to have huge towels! In addition, the walk-in closet was a huge help – when you are travelling with weeks worth of luggage (and new purchases!), it was great to be able to hang up enough things for our stay, plus have somewhere to put all our bags. Anne was a terrific host – so friendly and helpful, she made it feel like we were visiting family. We highly recommend this wonderful guest house and very much hope to return.
