Such a great time! Absolutely loved this hotel! Such a family friendly atmosphere! Food was expensive and not so great from hotel restaurant but other than that great stay!
We have been staying at the South Bay inn since it opened but within a year or so you can see the wear on the hotel . The carpets smell like mildew I could barely sleep during my stay because of the smell. And in the bathroom the light you could see mold growing in the light fixture above the sink I assume from the lack of ventilation. It’s a nice hotel but the water park has kids leaving water everywhere throughout the hotel . And the beds are a little hard compared to other hotels and the pillows could be cleaner.The hotel would be great besides the things that were mention in this review.
The room was great and I loved eating breakfast on the balcony.
